HK's is located off the main lobby in THE LODGE of FOUR SEASONS overlooking our famous Japanese Gardens, with panoramic views of Lake Ozark. Named after Harold Koplar, the resort's founder, HK's is a complete celebration for the senses. With all new menu's and creation by our NEW Executive Chef Joseph Elliott, we feature the area's most diverse menu with lobster skewers, crab cakes, buffalo & prawns, a selection of KC and Missouri finest quality steaks and other great Midwest dishes unique to THE LODGE alone. The GRILLE allows for casual dining and features gourmet brick oven pizzas, sumptuous burgers, or a filet mignon just to name a few . Also seek out your favorite beverage " on the rocks or straight up" from a very large selection of the finest in Small Batch Bourbons, a variety of Single Malt Scotch and Irish Whiskeys.
